This image was taken as a fog was fading fast in the eucalyptus forest in Lake Forest, CA, my hometown. I shot this with my Nikon D800E in color, forst converted it to black and white, then, because it didn't look very good in black and white, converted it again to a duotone in Photoshop. The color gives the image some warmth and some charm to the scene. I liked the reflection of the large tree in the creek, ande the curved overhanging tree borders the image at the top.
