Description: When I first saw the "Walking Trees" photographs of Ray McSavaney I was amazed at his ability to see beyond what was there to the metaphor that the upside down branches made. I photographed these branches afterwards, but they are only seen due to the influence his images have made on me. When they finally fell, I had to photograph them one last time.
