Description: Fern Springs is one of the many "tourist spots" that are pointed out by signs in Yosemite Valley. It is next to the road that leads across the Valley to Bridalveil Falls. I had to get my View camera very low to the ground to get a closeup of the springs, which is not very large. A slow shutter speed gives the water the feeling of motion, and also gives some surprising shapes to the foam. |
